The classes are done in my teaching kitchen at a comfortable relaxed pace designed to provide a forum for learning and exchanging thoughts and ideas. The typical workshop size consists of groups of 4-6 students and the method of teaching is participative with a lot of hands-on practice. The classes are followed by a complete lunch or dinner. I love feeding people! This is usually the highlight of the workshop for me.

I look forward to welcoming you as a guest in my kitchen.

The classes are completely scalable and can be customized for semi-private, intensice priviate session, large groups or something just for fun.
