Indian cuisine is based on the foundation of Ayurveda - the ancient science that balances the mind, body and spirit. This class provides a foundation to balancing tastes, observing and using the basic spices of fennel, cumin, ginger, saffron and other essential ingredients. A basic vegetarian meal is prepared while understanding the foundation of these spices.
