Exploration of Indian Cooking

A practical approach to Indian Cooking!

Two Sundays - July 11th and July 25, 2010.

Class timing - 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

The classes cover 8 basic recipes and several variations and includes 2 meals. The objective of this section is to convert the basic spices and seasonings into base sauces, that can either be used when made or kept handy to make a quick "Curry in a hurry"

This class covers the basic foundations of Indian sauces, allows you to learn how to premake curry bases to put together quick meals on a weeknight or ahead of time for company. It also helps add versatility if you want to have vegetarian or non-vegetarian options for the same meal.
