Essentials of Indian Cooking  - Part Two

Next session will be in July

The classes cover 5 hours of cooking instruction, 8 recipes, and include 2 meals. The objective of this section is to convert the basic spices and seasonings into base sauces, that can either be used when made or kept handy to make a quick "Curry in a hurry"

The three class session is $110 for the two classes or $55 per session. A 10% discount is offered to students who have completed Essentials One.

It is not mandatory to take the first part of the classes, but you need an understanding of basic Indian spices to be comfortable in this section.
